Florida Statutes 1012.22 and 1012.27 require the district school board and superintendent to adopt a salary schedule to be used as a basis for paying school district employees. 

The 2012-2013 Agreement between the School Board and the Clay County Education Association has been ratified by both parties.  The attached document represents that negotiated agreement and becomes the 2012-2013 Certificated Salary Schedule, Section II. 

Approve the 2012-2013 Certificated Salary Schedule as presented.

Non-retroactive step increase effective in the September 28, 2012, paycheck.  Increase of approximately $1.5 million with benefits.
